Grievance of the petitioner is that a culvert (minor bridge) is being constructed on the Bhoomdhari land of the petitioner without any acquisition of his land or consent on his part. Taking cognizance of the grievance, we invited instructions from respondents. Learned State Counsel has obtained instructions which are taken on record. Its copy is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions, none of the land of the petitioner has been utilized for construction of the culvert (minor bridge). It is also stated that construction has been made on the land recorded as drain in the revenue record. From the materials placed on record, it appears that there are issues of demarcation and identity of the land over which constructions are raised.
