Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the State- respondents. Following orders were passed on 04.02.2025: "1. Grievance is that construction of a road is being carried out on the Bhumidhari land of the petitioner without acquisition of land. 2. Learned Standing Counsel may obtain instructions in the matter, by the next date fixed. 3. Post as fresh on 18.02.2025. " Although instructions of the State are awaited but learned counsel for the Land Management Committee has produced instructions received from the revenue authorities, which are taken on record. As per the respondents, Plot No.212 is sub-divided into different parts over some of which private individuals are recorded and over one part, old Abadi exists. It is stated that the petitioner is already in possession over his plot and there is no move by the State authorities to dispossess the petitioner
