This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the Restoration/Recall Application filed in Case No.610/2018 Computer Case No.T201814360500610 (Ram Ashish vs. Malli Shekh) and Case No.611/2018 Computer Case No. T201814360500611 (Ram Ashish vs. Malli Shekh) Under Section 35 U.P. Revenue Code 2006, expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period which is pending before Nayab Tehsildar Pesara, Tehsil Kerakat, District Jaunpur." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that restoration application filed by respondent No. 5 against the order dated 24.06.2024 is pending since 24.06.2024.
