The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents not to take land of the petitioners comprising of Plot no.85 for road widening without payment of compensation. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the written instructions received from Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Department, PIU, Ghazipur, according to which, the land of the petitioner has been duly demarcated by joint survey team on 22.02.2025. Alongwith the instructions, spot memo has been annexed, which records that the petitioners were fully satisfied with the demarcation carried out by the revenue team. 3. Shri S.K.
