In view of the aforesaid development, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record with the remark that it will be open to the petitioner to pursue such remedies against the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Macchlishahar, Jaunpur, as advised. In case the petitioner feels aggrieved by this order, it will be open to him to make an application in the decided matter and seek revival of the writ petition.
