Taking coginzance of this grievance, we invited instructions in the matter from the concerned authority. Instructions are received from the Chief Medical Officer, Ghazipur which are taken on record. As per the instructions, no coercion is being exercised by the authorities and the proceedings in accordance with law alone has been taken against the petitioner. Previous proceedings are subject matter of adjudication in earlier petition. As of now we do not find any cause of action available to the petitioner and the apprehension that he would be harassed appears to be misplaced and preemptive in nature. Since no adverse action is shown to exist against the petitioner as of now in respect of which the petition is filed, we decline to interfere in the p
