Heard Sri Akhand Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Awadhesh Kumar Patel, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent nos.1 and 2 and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed, inter-alia, for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.2 to ensure the hearing of Case No.2923 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.T202315060302923) (Hidayatullah Sheikh Vs. Parvej), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending for disposal since 14.07.2023 before respondent No.2 and the objections have already been filed on 09.08.2023, but till date no final order has been passed and because of the pendency of the said case the petitioner is facing undue hardshi
