By means of the present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the impugned notice of sale deed dated 27.05.2024 issued by respondent no.3. A further prayer has been made for a direction to respondent-bank to accept the outstanding due from the petitioner in easy installments. 3. It is stated that the petitioner had taken a loan but the same could not be repaid as per the terms of the agreement. A notice for a sum of Rs.10,01,009/- and other expenses had been issued against the petitioner.
