Grievance of the petitioner is that the State authorities are interfering over petitioner's Bhumidhari land and earth is being removed without his consent. The grievance in that regard has already been raised before the District Magistrate, but since no action is taken the petitioner is before this Court. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second-respondent annexing all materials in support of his claim together with a copy of this order within a week. The District Magistrate, Chitrakoot, will ensure that appropriate action as may be warranted in law is taken and the private rights of the petitioner is not allowed to be interfered by the authorities of the State.
