The present writ petition has been filed, inter-alia, for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.2 to decide the Case (Computerized) No.T0202402420309992/2024 (Jay Singh Vs. Ashok Kumar and others), under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated period." 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents on the basis of instructions received from the Sub-Divisional Officer (Judicial), Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi/respondent no.2 has stated that in Case (Computerized)
