Heard Sri Kameshwar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sashikant Kushwaha, learned standing counsel for the State respondents and Sri B.K. Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Gaon Sabha. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has made a statement that since the RST Case No. 4743 of 2024 (Jiya Vs. Bindu Devi) under Section 209 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in Case No. 03967 of 2018 (Bindu Devi Vs. State of U.P. & others), under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been decided by the court of Sub Divisional Officer (Judicial), Chandauli, vide order dated 04.02.2025. 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this writ petition, as the same has been rendered infructuous at this stage. 4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous
