Heard Sri Subhash Chand Kanaujia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anshul Nigam, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to decided the pending representations dated 12.06.2024, 26.06.2024 and 20.07.2024. 3. From the perusal of the aforesaid representations, it is evident that by means of the said representations, the petitioner has prayed for the relief against the private opposite party nos. 4 & 5. 4. Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the dispute is private in nature and the petitioner has an efficacious and alternative remedy available under common law.
