The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to respondent no.2 i.e., SDM, Baraut, Baghpat to issue no-obejction certificate in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of letter of respondent no.3 dated 02.10.2022. 2. The petitioner earlier approached this Court by filing Writ-C No.18456 of 2021 for restraining the respondents from interfering in her possession. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 16.09.2021 with liberty to the petitioner to apply for demarcation. It seems that, thereafter, the application filed by the petitioner for demarcation before Sub-Divisional Officer, Baraut was disposed of without carrying out demarcation on the ground that the land is situated in abadi area and would, therefore, not fall within his jurisdiction. The petitioner, thereafter, applied for sanction of a building plan before Baghpat Baraut Khekra Development Authority
