The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the execution Case No.Nil of 2024 (Report Lekhpal vs. Gama Singh), under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code manual expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
