Petitioner claims for relief on account of death of her husband due to snake bite appears to be engaging the attention of the concerned respondents. Since no decision is taken petitioner is before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this was a case of snake bite and that rejection of the petitioner's claim is arbitrary. The petitioner otherwise, is a widow, who is running from pillar to post, for long. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the competent authority to examine such grievance is second- respondent. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to represent before respondent no.2 alongwith a copy of this order annexing all details/documents in respect of her claim for compensation within two weeks from today.
