Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the State - respondents. The petitioner's premises has been taken for godown on rent by respondent no. 4. Grievance is that the petitioner has made a representation before respondent no. 4 to enhance the rent from 2005 or to vacate the godown. The petitioner's representation is pending consideration up till now. Learned State Counsel submits that such grievance of the petitioner can be examined by respondent no.2. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioner to approach second respondent annexing all materials in support of his claim along with copy of this order within a period of two weeks. Fresh claim with respect to the admitted dues of the petitioner shall be accorded consideration by passing appropriate reasoned order within a further period of two months.
