Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer to renew his license for operating multipurpose stall at Railway Station Anwarganj at Kanpur Nagar. Sri Krishna Agarawal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Railways points out that a new system was introduced by the Railways in the year 2017, as per which these stalls were to be auctioned. The policy decision was challenged in a bunch of petitions including the present petitioner, which was dismissed by the Delhi High Court. The appeal preferred in the matter has also been dismissed by the Supreme Court. It is therefore submitted that now the shops are put to auction and the petitioner's prayer for renewal of license cannot be considered.
