Petitioner is a widow, who claims to have lost her husband in an accident. It is alleged that petitioner and her husband both are agriculturists and are covered by insurance policy meant for the farmers known as 'Mukhyamantri Krishal Durghatana Kalyan Beema Yojna'. It is alleged that on a misconceived interpretation the claim of the petitioner is not being processed by the insurance company. Learned State counsel submits that in the event such a claim is raised before the second respondent he shall examine such grievance and do the needful. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to represent before respondent no.2 alongwith a copy of this order annexing all details/documents in respect of her claim for compensation within four weeks from today. In the event such a claim is raised the District Magistrate, Basti shall ensure that grievance of the petitioner is got examine
