This petition was entertained noticing the petitioner's grievance that the amount due and payable towards compensation under the scheme of Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Beema Yojana was not processed and paid. Instructions have been received by the State Counsel from District Magistrate, Jaunpur, as per which claim of the petitioner has been accepted and amount has been paid to him. In that view of the matter, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No further occasion survives to prosecute the writ any further which is accordingly consigned to records.
