Sri A.K.Verma, learned counsel has stated that the proprietor of the brick kiln in question having indulged into violation of the environmental norms has already been proceeded against for imposition of penalty and punishment. A complaint case has already been instituted against him which is pending before the competent court. Once appropriate action has already been taken by the authority concerned, the purpose of instituting the present petition stands served. We see no reason to pass any further order in the matter.
