Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. 2. The petitioner claims to be resident to 8/35 Ganesh Bhavan, Rajendra Nagar, Sector-3, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. The adjacent land is plot no. 8/34 which was earlier owned by Dr. Pradeep Sharma and Dr. Sandeep Sharma. They have sold the same in favour of M/s Mannat Builders on 8.4.2022.
