Petitioner asserts that a contract was awarded to it for making arrangement of light, sound and amplified equipment and other similar materials in the elections of Village Panchayat and the local bodies on 4.4.2021. It is urged that the contract was settled in favour of the petitioner and although the work has been satisfactorily performed but the payment against such work has not been released to the petitioner. It is alleged that even admitted dues have not been released to the petitioner. Learned State Counsel submits that an appropriate decision would be taken on the claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law. Without entering into the factual issues, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon responde
