By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 15.05.2024 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur, in Revision having Case No. 888/2024 (Shiv Prasad Pandey versus Shikhar Kumar Pandey) under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Precisely, the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Divisional Commissioner (respondent no.2) without issuing any notice to the petitioner finally decided the said revision b
