By means of the present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the impugned order dated 22.10.2024 passed by respondent no.2, Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Ghaziabad in Case No.2645 of 2024 and the notice dated 10.01.2025 issued by respondent no.4 as well. A further prayer has been made for a direction to respondent nos.3 and 4 to accept the outstanding due from the petitioner in easy installments. 3. It is stated that the petitioner had taken a loan but the same could not be repaid as per the terms of the agreement.
