In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to approach the second-respondent annexing all materials in support of her claim together with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks. In case, such a claim is made before the second respondent, he shall examine the petitioner's claim and take appropriate decision in terms of the aforesaid scheme, within a further period of two months.
