And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajesh Kumar Dubey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioners claim that they are forest dwellers and are entitled to various protection granted under the provisions of the Scheduled Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006. It is asserted that they are in possession since long over the specified land of Khasra Nos. 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7, yet the authorities constituted under the Act have not examined the petitioners' grievance. Learned State Counsel states that such grievance of the petitioners would be got examined by the fourth respondent. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioners to approach the fourth respondent along with their claim, which shall be accorded consideration in accordance with the procedure laid down under the Act of 2006 as well as Rules framed thereunder.
