By means of the present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to take action against the respondent no. 6 who is allegedly occupying the public utility land. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved several representations to the higher authority but no action on the same has been taken. 4.
