Petitioner claims that he has purchased certain land but possession has not been handed over. Once that be so, remedy of the petitioner would be to file a suit for possession. No direction can be issued to the District Administration to provide possession. Since, private dispute is otherwise involved, remedy would be before the competent Civil Court.
