The petitioner is aggrieved by certain report of the revenue authorities on the ground that report is contrary to the material on record. Record reveals a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent no.5. Once the dispute is pending before the civil court, rights of the parties have to be governed by adjudication made by the competent civil court. Any report submitted by the administrative authorities would always subservient to the appropriate adjudication to be made by the competent civil court. It goes without saying that the competent civil court while deciding the issues will independently examine the matter on the basis of evidence adduced without being influenced by report of the administrative authorities.
