The petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of his insurance claim by respondent-Insurance Company. If claim has been repudiated, remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the Insurance Ombudsman. It goes without saying that if the petitioner approaches the Insurance Ombudsman, he would accord consideration to the petitioner's claim in accordance with law after notice to the Insurance Company, at the earliest possible.
