The petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of his technical bid on the ground that the petitioner possesses requisite experience certificate yet he has been non-suited for non-production of the valid / legal production capacity certificate for the related work. It is submitted that contract has not specified as to from which authority such certificate is required. Submission is that rejection of technical bid is on arbitrary ground. Learned State Counsel prays for and is granted ten days' time to obtain instructions in the matter. Post as fresh, once again, on 20.03.2025. Award of contract in the present case shall be abide by final outcome of the present petition.
