At present, facts are unclear as to the date when such application may have been filed and the stage such claim may be pending. 3. Accordingly, without entering into the merits, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction subject to the petitioners filing their individual applications before respondent no.2 supported by their personal affidavit annexing thereto all relevant documents on which they may seek to rely, appropriate communication may be issued to the individual petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of compliance shown by the petitioners.
