Since admitted rent has not been paid, the petitioner has already approached Milk Commissioner. Grievance is that his complaint is not being examined. Learned State Counsel states that appropriate decision would be taken by 2nd respondent in respect of the petitioner's grievance. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioner to approach 2nd respondent annexing all materials in support of his claim along with copy of this order within a period of two weeks. Fresh claim with respect to the admitted dues of the petitioner shall be accorded consideration after notice to 4th respondent by passing appropriate reasoned order within a further period of two months.
