Judgment text excerpt

Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:32747-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 1105 of 2025 Petitioner :- Arun Kumar Mishra Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Atul Kumar Shahi,Umesh Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for the State-respondents. The petitioner wants action to be taken against respondent no.4 on the ground that he has been submitting incorrect reports. If that be so, remedy of the petitioner would be to challenge the orders before the higher forum. Merely for such reasons, a writ would not lie at the instance of the present petitioner to take action against 4th respondent. This is particularly so as the petitioner is not shown to have any locus in the matter and the petition otherwise is not filed in public interest. The writ petition is consequently dismissed.
