"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the Revision No. 955/960, under Section 48 C.H. Act (Indrajeet Singh Vs. Shamsher Bahadur Singh), which is pending before him within the stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court, so that justice may be done". 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that title of the revision filed at the instance of respondent no. 3 is pending before respondent no. 2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ballia since 4.9.2018.
