By the impugned order dated 10.09.2024, a review application has been admitted to hearing and the operation under review suspended by the Board of Revenue. The petitioner has challenged this order on various grounds urged in the writ petition and argued before us that there is no explanation for the delay between 13.10.2023 and 09.02.2024. It is also submitted that the review application is misconceived. Be that as it may, the order impugned is absolutely an interlocutory order, admitting the review to hearing and suspending the operation of the order under review, in the meanwhile. The order impugned being utterly interlocutory, no case for interference with the same is made out in the exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the constitution. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order impugned along with the final order made in the revie
