The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2 / Board of Revenue, U.P., Prayagraj to decide the Second Appeal No.2103/ 2022 (Ram Charitra vs. Raja Ram and Others), under Section 208 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second appeal filed on behalf of respondent no.4 arising out of proceeding under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before respondent no.2 since 23.7.2022.
