The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Consolidation Officer, Ram Nagar Badsara, District - Jaunpur to decide the restoration/recall application filed by respondent no. 3 in Case No. 10+35+36/1999 which is pending before him within stipulated time". 3. This Court vide order dated 11.3.2025 directed the Consolidation Officer, Ramnagar Badsara, District - Jaunpur to submit report in the matter. 4.
