The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the stay application of petitioner filed along with revision No. 1916 of 2024 Computer case No. R20240225001916 (Smt. Prema Devi Vs. Shanti Devi) at the earliest in a time bound manner, within a stipulated period. (ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus by restraining the respondent no.4 not to execute the sale deed/ create a third party right during the pendency of aforesaid writ petition." 3. Revenue Code, 2006 filed on behalf of petitioner along with stay application arising out of proceeding under Section 35 of U.P
