Revenue Code, 2006 vide order dated 6.2.2023/ 8.1.2024 directed to record the name of respondent no.4 on the basis of registered sale deed executed on 3.1.2017 in favour of respondent no.4. Appeal under Section 35 (2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed by petitioner was dismissed on 10.6.2024 and revision under Section 210 filed by petitioner was dismissed by Board of Revenue vide order dated 24.12.2024.
