Mithai Lal and another) under section- 9-A of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, arising out of Khata No. 250, situated at Vill.- Bhingari, Tappa- Haweli, Paragana- Salempur Majhauli, Deoria, pending before the Respondent No. 2, Consolidation Officer-1, Deoria, since 20.01.1983." 3. On 28.02.2025 following order has been passed:- "The Consolidation Officer-I, District- Deoria shall submit a report why Case No. 130+131 (Computerized Case No. 202354052055010015), Mewa Lal v. Mithai Lal and another, under Section 9-A
