The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 3, Consolidation Officer, Shkarpur-I, Bulandsshahr to expedite the hearing / disposal of Case NO. 148 under Section 9(A) 2 of UPCH Act pending sine the date of remand order dated 12.4.2023 passed by the Settlement Officer, Bulandshahrf in Appeal No. 176 under Section 11(1) of UPCH Act within reasonable time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents not to create any hindrance in peaceful possession of petitioner over the land me
