The instant petition has been filed for following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer, Nathnagar, District - Sant Kabir Nagar (Respondent no. 2) to decide the Case No. 1367 (Computerized Case No. 202454176577011258) (Ram Pratap Singh and others Vs. Ramanand and others) under Section 9-A(2) of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 pending before him, expeditiously within specified period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. This Court directed the Consolidation Officer, KIhalilabad, Sant Kabir Nagar to send report in the matter. 4.
