The instant petition has been filed for the following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 2 to issue the compliance of the order dated 14.9.2020 in the revenue record and also in the same possession to the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the order passed by the Consolidation Officer, Ballia, the same has not been given effect so far. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that writ petition is not maintainable for the implementation of the order passed by the Consolidation Officer. 5.
