Heard Mr. Pranjal Kesarwani, learned Counsel for the applicant-petitioners in support of this application and Mr. Hari Krishna Singh, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No. 3. 2. The petitioner had withdrawn this writ petition unconditionally by making a withdrawal application supported by an affidavit, which was allowed vide order dated 20.03.2014, separately made on Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No. 56008 of 2014, and the writ petition dismissed as withdrawn, with no liberty reserved. 3. It appears that the motive for seeking withdrawal of the writ petition was a compromise reached outside Court between the petitioner, Smt. Laung Shri and respondent No. 3, Kusuma. Now, it seems that the third respondent has not abided by the terms of compromise, in whatever form it was reached between the parties outside Court, and this makes the petitioners apply for recall of the order dated 20.03.2014, dismissing the writ petition. 4.
