This writ petition has been filed praying that a mandamus be issued to the District Deputy Director of Consolidation not to pass any final order during the pendency of the transfer application before the Consolidation Commissioner, Lucknow bearing Case No. 237 of 2024, Girijesh and another v. D.D.C. and others, arising out of Revision No. 0265 of 2023. 3. Now, Revision No. 0265 of 2023 has been decided by the District Deputy Director of Consolidation, as the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits. 4.
