This writ petition has been filed praying that a mandamus be issued to the District Deputy Director of Consolidation not to pass any final order during the pendency of the transfer application before the Consolidation Commissioner, Lucknow bearing Case No. 238 of 2024, Shriram Singh v. D.D.C. and others, arising out of Revision No. 1293 of 2022. 3. Now, Revision No. 1293 of 2022 has been decided by the District Deputy Director of Consolidation, as the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits. 4.
