In compliance with the order dated 27.02.2025, a personal affidavit has been filed by Alok Kumar, former Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Kushinagar. He has explained the circumstances in which the case has been inordinately delayed and unjustifiably adjourned. We do not find the justification offered by Alok Kumar, the former Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Kushinagar, presently posted as the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Lucknow at all satisfactory. We caution him to be careful in future. A report has been submitted by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Kushinagar dated 07.03.2025 enclosing with it a copy of an order dated 06.03.2025 passed in the restoration matter in the pending appeal. The restoration matter has been decided. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record. Any party aggrieved by the order now
