The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Consolidation Officer, Final Record, Pharenda, Maharajganj to decide the case bearing Case No.0925 of 2023 computerized case no.202354054752040925 (Barkhu & others Vs. State of U.P.) under section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, pending in the court of respondent no. 2 since 10.02.1995, within stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
