Kalawati (mother of the petitioner) in the place of respondent nos. 5, 6 & 7 on the basis of objection under Section 9A(2) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 (herein after referred to as U.P.C.H. Act) filed by Smt. Kalawati on the basis of possession in respect to the plot in question.
